As our reformers are handcrafted to order, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for assembly. Shipping typically takes 25-60 days via ocean freight, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow the journey of your reformer.

Due to the custom nature and size of our reformers, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your reformer arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Yes! All Vitalis Reformers come with a 12-month warranty for peace of mind. This covers any defects or issues with the reformer during normal use. If any accessories arrive damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Assembly is required, but don't worry! The process is straightforward and we provide the necessary tools and detailed instructions. Our customer service team is also available to help should you need any guidance during assembly.

We offer free shipping on all orders! However, please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes based on their location. These fees are not included in the product price and must be paid directly to the local customs authorities.

Once your order is confirmed and production begins, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realize there's an issue right after placing the order, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order. If your reformer arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence and, in some cases, we might request the item to be returned. We’ll then arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
